Our Mission
Mission Statement
Washington Student Cancer Awareness Association, or WASCAA for short, is a student focused organization based in Washington State around the Puget Sound Area. WASCAA was originally founded in 2018 by students of different backgrounds and skills in the Greater Seattle Area, united by a common desire: to promote student awareness about how they can support the cancer community. Although the founding members and current team members are no longer students, after working on WASCAA through high school and university, we have a better understanding of how to be a platform to foster student collaboration.
